By enrolling in any GrowGoldFunds plan, you agree to make the required monthly payments as per the selected scheme. All payments made on the platform are considered confirmation of your participation.

• Members may request cancellation of their plan by submitting a written request through the official contact details provided on Grow Gold Funds
• Cancellation requests will be reviewed and processed according to the specific plan’s terms.
• Once a plan is cancelled, no further monthly payments will be required.
• GrowGoldFunds reserves the right to cancel or suspend any plan in case of violation of Terms & Conditions, misuse, or fraudulent activity.

• Monthly payments already made are generally non-refundable, as they are allocated toward jewellery tokens, gold value, administrative, and service costs.
• Refunds, if any, will be considered only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of GrowGoldFunds management.
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

• If a member fails to continue monthly payments or exits the plan early, benefits may be adjusted or discontinued as per the chosen plan structure.
• In such cases, previously paid amounts will be settled according to the applicable scheme rules, and no guaranteed refund should be assumed.
